Refund policy

Agnes Baddoo does not accept returns.

Exchanges for any item received incorrectly or damaged must be completed within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange please email tcb@agnesbaddoo.com. Exchanges are contingent upon receiving the item in the original condition, with original packaging.

Sandal exception: Exchange is possible if we have the size in stock. Exchanges are contingent upon receiving the sandals in the same, unworn, sellable condition with original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
